This little girl with very blue eyes was painted using a "wet into wet" watercolor technique in which both the paper and the brush are wet causing the paint to mix on the paper.

"I am intrigued and intoxicated by color. My preferred media are watercolor, collage, and assemblage. I am charmed by geometric items and scenes. I like to paint people and places that offer me new challenges. I use bright colors and strong contrast to portray delightful people and still life. My goal is to attract and absorb those who see my art. Although some of my paintings are for sale, I paint chiefly for myself."
